Mr. M. Hanif is Patron-in-chief and he is pioneer member of QQ. He has also been an active member of Falcon welfare society KTS, in his college years. He always played leading role in running the organization and organizing the programs and events of QQ. In his student life he won 3rd position in Humanities group and 6^th position over all in Intermediate Exam in BISE Abbottabad. He did BA (honors) in Library and Information Sciences and also earned MA Urdu from University of Peshawar with first division. Now he lives and works in Tokyo for few years.

Mr. Muhammad Shabir is the President of Qalam Qirtas. He is the pioneer member and main founder of the Qalam Qirtas. He has been member of editorial board of Monthly Justaju and member of District Journalist Unity Haripur for many years. He has also been a freelance contributor to many national and local news papers and magazine. He leads the team of Qalam Qirtas in all programs, especially literature, cultural and social welfare activities. He is responsible for the organizing and planning of all QQ programs. Mr Shabir won HEC scholarship for higher education. Now he Holds MPhil in English (GCU Lahore) and he is a university teacher.

Mr. Wajid Naeem is the Secretary General of Qalm Qirtas. He is one of the few pioneers and founders of Qalam Qirtas. He devoted himself for starting and developing the projects of QQ. He has been the organizer in literary and sports programs. He also played important to role to develop liaison with the sister organizations in Haripur and Abbottabad.Mr Wajid has his great role in fund raising and development of Qalam Qirtas in various fields.  Wajid Naeem holds MPhil degree in International Relations from University of Karachi.

Mr. Zubair Anjam is Director Sports & Culture. He is one of the most important leading team member in QQ. He specializes in fund raising campaign and event management. He leads sports and cultural programs of Qalam Qirtas with great Spirit. He is also responsible for holding QQ anniversary celebrations events and National Independence celebrations functions. He is also serving in telecom sector in Islamabad as a consultant in civil works.

Mr Aqeel ur Rehman started his carrier as a journalist and soon earned a good name in the area. He worked as honorary reporter of national dailies and got elected as a president if District Journalist Unity Haripur. From the very start of QQ, Mr Aqeel has been a very important team leader in social and literary activities. He has also been responsible for media coverage of all the events of QQ. He is now Vice-President and Media Incharge. In addition he also works as Pubic relation officer and coordinator with district management and other organizations.

 Sajid Khan Kakoo is also pioneer of Qalam Qirtas and he supported and lead all the sports tournaments and out events of the organization. His management skills always brought significant difference to make them very successful events in the area. He also played his role in coordination outside the organization in order to hold events and run program. He is now director of social welfare activities of Qalam Qirtas as he is social activist and he has his strong role in the social life of our community regarding reconciliation and creating harmony. Mr Sajid holds Bachelor degree in commerce.

Nisar Naz is also pioneer member of Monthly Justaju and Qalam Qirtas. He devoted a lot of time for organizing and managing the events of Qalam Qirtas. He got fine expertise in IT and graphic designing and he always supported the organization in these fields. Nisar Naz is now responsible for development and update of QQ’s website one regular basis. He also leads the project of khalabat.com, an informative website about the town.

Zia-ur-Rehman is the youngest team member of Qalam Qirtas. He is very active member regarding event management and public relations. He is especially responsible for logistic support and promotions of sports events and tournaments. He also coordinate with sports teams and players during the events.
